\u201cNanakanba Tokubetsu-Junmai\u201d won the Gold Award in Junmaishu category in Kura Master 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kura Master is a sake competition for French people, held in France since 2017. The jury is made up of professionals from the food and beverage industry, including top sommeliers, barmen and curbists from France’s top hotels, as well as people from restaurants, hotels and culinary schools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

“Nanakanba Tokubetsu-junmai” won the award for the second year in a row, following last year’s Platinum Award. This sake uses two kinds of local sake rice, “Kairyo-omachi” and “Gohyakumangoku” in Okuizumo, and has both good characteristics, rich taste and crisp finish.
This is a happy news for us when the label was just recently renewed with the new design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
